Cat

A cat is a living thing. It can be sick and die. Like humans, it can die when it gets too old. Some people, especially americans and Europeans, keep it as a pet. In America some people dress it as humans.

Most Africans keep it to clear rats and cockroaches from their rooms, kitchens and stores. They don’t take care or give it diet. They wish to benefit from it more than it will benefit from them. They give it crumbs or left over food. They don’t take it to the vet when it gets sick. They allow it to die mysteriously and throw it remains away.

They do this because they associate it with witches and wizards. They believe witches and wizards come in form of it at night. This is because a cat uses night time to stroll freely and happily.
